Administrative Assistant - Remish, Kenya
Our company is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Remish, Kenya. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have excellent communication and time-management skills, and be able to work full time without prior experience. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team by handling clerical tasks, coordinating schedules, and maintaining office supplies. This role is open to all genders and includes a free visa and ticket for eligible candidates. Accommodation will not be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Preparing reports, memos, invoices, and other documents
- Maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
- Ordering office supplies and keeping track of inventory
- Assisting with travel arrangements for team members
- Managing office expenses and keeping track of budgets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1600 per month
