Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, from initial concept to final construction. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural principles, as well as proficiency in design software and technical drawing tools.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using design software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Keep up-to-date with new trends and technologies in architecture
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit
- Excellent technical drawing skills
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Good communication skills
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Acre (open to all nationalities)
