Architectural Designer


We are a fast-growing architectural design firm located in the beautiful city of Acre. We are currently seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating detailed designs and plans for various construction projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other team members to ensure that the final design meets all requirements and is aesthetically pleasing.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize your creativity and technical skills to create innovative and functional designs that meet client specifications
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and incorporate them into the design
- Communicate with engineers and other team members to ensure that all technical aspects of the design are accurate
- Create detailed drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess potential challenges, and ensure that the design meets local building codes and regulations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials to continuously improve your designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design (experience with commercial projects is a plus)
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
