Office Manager - Acre, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Acre, Pakistan. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office procedures, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining records
- Coordinate office procedures and ensure they are followed by all staff members
- Oversee the maintenance and organization of office equipment and supplies
- Develop and implement efficient filing systems
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train new employees on office procedures and policies
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Salary: 1200$
Location: Acre, Pakistan (Preference for Pakistani nationals)
