Office Manager

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and clerical tasks of our office in Acre. Your main duties will include managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. You will also be responsible for managing the budget and expenses, as well as coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

You should have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong communication skills are essential for this role as you will be interacting with clients, employees, and stakeholders on a regular basis. Previous experience in an administrative or managerial role is preferred but not required.

As this position requires working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, fluency in English is necessary. Knowledge of Arabic or Hebrew would be an advantage. We welcome candidates from all nationalities to apply for this position. We offer a salary of 1100$ per month along with accommodation and other benefits.
