Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate milling machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth functioning and identify any malfunctions
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different materials and products
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the production process
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Milling Machine Operator or similar role
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to produce high-quality work
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
