Experienced Plumber

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our team in Albena, working on a full-time basis for a competitive salary of 1600$. As a Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining various types of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Plumber
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
- Ability to handle various tools and equipment related to plumbing work
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair or replace pipes, fixtures, fittings and appliances such as sinks, toilets, water heaters, etc.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues such as leaks, clogs or low water pressure
- Perform regular maintenance on plumbing systems to ensure their proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects within given deadlines
- Keep accurate records of materials used and work performed for billing purposes
