We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge to join our team at an exclusive hotel in the beautiful city of Ashdod. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and be fluent in English. This is a full-time position with competitive salary of 1000$. As this job requires you to interact with international guests, preference will be given to Indian nationals who have their own visa.

As a Concierge, your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an unforgettable stay by providing them with personalized service and recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and transportation. You will also be responsible for making reservations, handling guest requests, and coordinating special services such as spa treatments or event planning.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to anticipate the needs of our guests and provide prompt solutions to any issues that may arise. Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

In addition to excellent customer service skills, the ideal candidate should also possess strong organizational abilities as you will be responsible for maintaining records of guest interactions and requests. Proficiency in computer systems used for reservations and guest tracking is a plus.
