Surveyor - Land, Property, and Construction - Sheduva, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and providing accurate measurements and data for land, property, and construction projects. This is a great opportunity for an Indian national with excellent English communication skills to work part-time in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land, property, and construction sites using specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Interpret plans, maps, and legal documents to determine property boundaries and locations of structures
- Measure angles, distances, elevations, and contours using surveying instruments
- Analyze data collected from surveys to create detailed reports and drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate survey data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to land and property boundaries
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- 3+ years of experience as a Surveyor in land development or construction projects
- Excellent knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in using AutoCAD software for creating reports and drawings
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
