Head Baker


We are in need of an experienced Head Baker to join our team in Isa Town. As a Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking process, from preparing ingredients to decorating finished products. Your main goal will be to ensure that our bakery produces high-quality baked goods that meet customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Measuring and mixing ingredients to create dough or batter
- Preparing and baking breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorating finished products with icing, glazes, or toppings
- Maintaining inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Overseeing the work of other bakers and kitchen staff
- Ensuring that all health and safety regulations are followed in the bakery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes for various types of baked goods
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and creativity in decorating baked goods
- Good time management skills
- Must have own visa for employment

Salary:
We offer a salary of $1300 per month for this position.
