Typesetter for English Language Printing Company in Clairvaux

We are a leading English language printing company in Clairvaux seeking an experienced Typesetter to join our team. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for setting and arranging text and images for print publications, ensuring that they are visually appealing and accurately reflect the content. You will work closely with our editorial and design teams to ensure that our publications are of the highest quality.

Responsibilities:
- Set and arrange text and images for print publications using desktop publishing software
- Ensure that all publications adhere to established style guidelines
- Collaborate with editorial and design teams to ensure accurate representation of content
- Proofread final layouts for errors before printing
- Make necessary adjustments to layouts based on feedback from team members or clients
- Keep abreast of industry trends in typesetting and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a typesetter or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and design principles
- Proficiency in desktop publishing software such as InDesign, QuarkXPress, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field
- Knowledge of multiple languages is a plus

Salary: $1000 per month (contract job with possibility of extension)
Location: Clairvaux (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
