Team Lead for Customer Service - Ashdod, Philippines


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing customer service team in Ashdod, Philippines. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and quality of service provided by the team
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in policies and procedures across the organization
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and systems

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Team Lead or Supervisor in a customer service environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage
