We are excited to offer a position for an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Indian Chef, you will be responsible for creating authentic and delicious Indian dishes while maintaining high levels of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes such as curries, tandoori dishes, biryanis, and more
- Ensure all food is prepared according to recipes and presentation standards
- Monitor portion and waste control to maintain food cost efficiency
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Indian Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Extensive knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate staff
- Excellent communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Salary:
$1200 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)
