Art Director for Creative Agency in Ar-Ruwais, UAE


A creative agency in Ar-Ruwais is seeking an Art Director to join our team of talented and innovative individuals. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction and vision for our agency's projects. You will work closely with our team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to develop and execute innovative concepts that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and advertising, as well as experience in managing and directing a team. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the creative direction for all projects and ensure that all deliverables meet client objectives
- Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creatives to develop high-quality work
- Collaborate with clients to understand their branding and marketing needs
- Develop concepts that align with client objectives while also pushing boundaries creatively
- Present ideas to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback
- Ensure consistency across all visual elements of projects
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in design and advertising

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in design or advertising campaigns
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with strong project management abilities
