Executive Chef for High-End Restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef for a prestigious high-end restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining and international cuisine, as well as exceptional leadership and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, and staff management.
- Create and implement high-quality menus that showcase the restaurant's unique identity and cater to diverse tastes.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service in line with the restaurant's reputation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency and excellence in food preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain cost efficiency.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and ensure proper sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant setting.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine with a focus on modern techniques.
- Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a large team.
- Creativity and passion for creating unique dishes that reflect the restaurant's concept.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are an asset).
- Valid work permit for Qatar or willingness to obtain one.
