Loader Operator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load materials onto trucks at construction sites or other locations. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and excellent hand-eye coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Operate front-end loader to load materials onto trucks or into designated areas
- Safely maneuver heavy equipment in tight spaces and around obstacles
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any malfunctions
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate with site supervisor to ensure efficient workflow
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or excesses
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience operating loaders or other heavy machinery
- Valid biometric passport (if not Qatari national)
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
$1700 per month (tax-free)
