Commercial Architect



We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and spaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and create design proposals for commercial projects
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and layouts for commercial buildings and spaces
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and according to the design specifications
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project plans and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback or changing needs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and techniques to ensure innovative designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Commercial Architect
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and other professionals
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit. Nepali candidates are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply. Fluency in English is required.
