Commercial Architect
A leading architecture firm in Herzliya is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial design and experience working with large-scale projects. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create innovative, functional designs for commercial spaces
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Produce detailed drawings and specifications for construction documents
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in commercial architecture
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary:
$1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location:
Herzliya, Israel (open to candidates of any nationality)
