We are a rapidly growing web design company based in Vilnius, seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functional websites for our clients. Your designs will not only be aesthetically pleasing, but also user-friendly and optimized for various devices and browsers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design requirements
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to present design concepts
- Develop original website designs that align with the client's brand identity and target audience
- Use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life while ensuring cross-browser compatibility
- Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of website elements to ensure optimal performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design to continuously improve our services

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development tools
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Joomla)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Experience with responsive design principles
- Knowledge of SEO best practices

Salary: 1700$ per month
