Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers with design and development of construction plans
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with engineering standards and regulations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project schedules
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and contractors
- Utilize computer software programs for drafting and design purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
