Sales Manager - Muscat, Oman
We are currently hiring for a motivated and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (preferably in Pakistan)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Fluent in English (Urdu language is an advantage)
- Valid work permit for Oman
Salary:
$1200 per month (tax-free)
This is a contract position for 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.
