Construction Manager
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Preference for Indian nationals)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sofia. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all phases of the construction process. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule construction projects according to budget and timeline requirements
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of all construction activities
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Monitor progress of construction work and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Manage project budget and expenses, ensuring cost-efficiency at all times
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards on site
- Communicate regularly with clients or stakeholders to provide updates on project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Sofia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer software such as AutoCAD or project management tools

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this position.
