Sales Manager


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives in order to achieve company sales targets. Your main duties will include developing and implementing effective sales strategies, setting sales goals, and providing training and guidance to your team. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing sales data. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position is based in Sofia and the salary is $1700.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company targets
- Set individual and team sales goals and monitor performance
- Provide training, coaching, and guidance to the sales team
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement
- Create reports on sales activities and present them to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure cohesive strategies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients at all levels
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

- Experience working in the Indian market or with Indian clients
