Sales Manager for Indian Market in Sofia, Bulgaria
Are you a driven and experienced sales professional looking for a new challenge? Our company is seeking a Sales Manager specialized in the Indian market to join our team in Sofia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients in India, promoting our products and services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate the Indian market and increase sales
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships through effective communication
- Understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products/services to clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or any other Indian language is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to travel frequently to India for business purposes (valid biometric passport required)
- Valid work permit for Bulgaria (if not an EU citizen)
