Industrial Architect - Moscow, Russia



As an Industrial Architect in Moscow, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop practical, efficient solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design industrial buildings and facilities, including warehouses, factories, and processing plants
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop designs that meet their requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications for construction projects
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of building designs
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Ensure that designs comply with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Monitor construction progress to ensure that designs are being implemented correctly
- Make necessary adjustments to designs as needed throughout the construction process
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Attention to detail
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Note: This is a full-time position based in Moscow. Relocation assistance is not provided. Candidates must already have valid work authorization for Russia.
