Industrial Architect - Moscow

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Moscow. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1700$. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. Your main goal will be to create functional and efficient spaces that meet the needs of our clients while adhering to industry standards and regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are followed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Review project budgets and make adjustments as needed to ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, advancements, and new technologies in order to continuously improve design processes
