Handyman for Contract Work in Ufa, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team for contract work in Ufa, Russia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks around the city. This is an ideal opportunity for Canadians or English-speaking individuals who are looking to gain experience abroad.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and replacing light fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot and address any issues with plumbing, electrical systems, or HVAC systems
- Assist with landscaping duties, including mowing lawns and trimming trees
- Keep track of inventory levels and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in Russia
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Experience in a similar role or trade preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary

Salary: 1400$ per month
Contract Length: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
