Computer Support Specialist


We are currently seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Provide guidance and training to users on how to effectively use technology
- Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to improve processes and systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Proficient in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms
- Knowledge of operating systems, databases, and programming languages
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Atlanta (accommodation not provided)
