Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Atlanta. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and internal staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT support, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients and internal staff via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and virus scans
- Install new hardware and software as needed
- Set up user accounts and permissions on company systems
- Diagnose network connectivity issues
- Communicate technical information in non-technical terms to clients
- Document all support activities in ticketing system
- Collaborate with other team members on complex technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or related role
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively under pressure
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

This job is based in Atlanta.
