Waiter/Waitress



As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Friendly and outgoing personality

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely manner
- Present menus and take orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers according to their preferences
- Answer any questions or concerns customers may have about the menu items
- Ensure tables are clean and set for new guests
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit card machines
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service
- Handle any customer complaints or issues with professionalism
- Monitor stock levels of supplies, such as cutlery, glasses, etc.
Salary: 1700$ per month
