As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold drinks, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and iced coffee.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in every drink.
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the coffee shop clean and organized at all times.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages to the manager.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (English proficiency is required).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must have previous experience working with an espresso machine.
