Contract Moderator for Online Platform (Vianden, Luxembourg)

As a Contract Moderator for our online platform, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing user-generated content to ensure it adheres to our community guidelines. You will work on a contract basis in Vianden, Luxembourg and will be communicating with users from various backgrounds, including Malayalees and Nepali speakers. No English proficiency is required for this role.

Your main duties will include reviewing and approving or rejecting user posts, responding to user inquiries or complaints, and escalating any issues to the appropriate team members. You must be able to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor while addressing potentially sensitive or controversial topics.
