Quality Assurance Tester


We are in search of a skilled Quality Assurance Tester to join our team in Izhevsk. As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing our software products and ensuring they meet high-quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in software testing and a passion for delivering quality work.

Responsibilities:
- Perform manual and automated testing on our software products
- Identify, report, and track issues using bug tracking tools
- Create test plans, test cases, and documentation
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality deliverables
- Conduct regression testing to ensure bug fixes do not cause new issues
- Continuously improve the testing process by identifying areas for automation and efficiency
- Communicate test results and progress to project stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance role
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar tools
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
