Finisher - Woodworking



As a Finisher for our woodworking company located in Shan, Egypt, you will be responsible for applying the final touches to our high-quality wooden products. Your attention to detail and precision will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and smoothing out imperfections
- Apply stains, paints, varnishes or other finishes as per customer specifications
- Use hand tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers and spray guns to apply finishes
- Ensure uniformity and consistency in color and finish across all products
- Inspect finished products for any defects or flaws and make necessary touch-ups
- Maintain a clean work environment by properly storing materials and cleaning equipment after each use
- Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
- Previous experience in woodworking or finishing preferred but not required
- Ability to work with hands and have good hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks if needed
