Finisher

As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches on various products, ensuring they meet high quality standards and are ready for distribution. You will work with a team to complete finishing tasks such as sanding, staining, painting, and polishing. This is a contract position without accommodation and does not require prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for any imperfections or flaws
- Sand down rough edges or surfaces to create a smooth finish
- Apply stains or paints to enhance the appearance of the product
- Use various tools and techniques to polish and buff surfaces
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Attention to detail and ability to identify imperfections
- Experience with sanding, staining, painting, or polishing preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting

Salary: $1400/month
