Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling gaps, and repairing imperfections
- Apply stain or paint using appropriate techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Proficient in sanding techniques and using various finishing tools

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
- Good time management skills
