Restaurant Manager - Doha, Qatar

We are hiring a Restaurant Manager for our busy establishment in Doha, Qatar. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining financial goals. Candidates should have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be able to create a positive and efficient work environment while providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff to ensure high-quality service
- Create schedules and handle payroll for employees
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain financial goals by controlling costs and increasing revenue

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is required

Salary: $1500 per month
