Head Baker
As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the baking process in our busy bakery located in Al Buraymi. You will lead a team of bakers and ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards. This is a full-time position, and we are urgently seeking an experienced baker who has a passion for creating delicious baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the baking process, including mixing, shaping, and baking
- Ensure that all products are made according to our recipes and quality standards
- Train and supervise a team of bakers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Monitor equipment usage and maintenance to ensure proper functioning
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker in a busy bakery setting
- Knowledge of various baking techniques and recipes
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed
