A reputable retail company in Manama is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Merchandiser for a contract position. As the Merchandiser, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to increase sales and ensure maximum profitability. You will work closely with the buying team to analyze market trends and consumer demands, and make recommendations for product assortment, pricing, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop merchandising plans that align with the company's overall business objectives
- Collaborate with the buying team to select products based on market trends, customer needs, and sales data
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to maintain optimal stock levels
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and displayed according to company standards
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for promotions or markdowns
- Regularly visit stores to ensure visual displays are attractive, organized, and properly stocked
- Train store staff on product features, benefits, and selling techniques
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Merchandiser in a retail environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing merchandising strategies that drive sales growth
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
