We are in search of an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a prestigious luxury hotel in Muharraq, Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exquisite dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients and will possess strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a team of chefs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared according to the highest quality standards and meet customer expectations
- Train and develop culinary staff to maintain consistency and excellence in food preparation techniques
- Monitor food inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
- Create new menu items and specials based on seasonal availability and customer preferences
- Manage kitchen budget and control costs by minimizing waste and optimizing portion sizes
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets all health code regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fine dining establishment or luxury hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Proficient in menu planning and developing creative dishes
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Degree or certification from a culinary school is preferred
