Surveyor for Construction Projects



Our construction company is seeking a skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of construction sites to ensure accurate placement of structures and adherence to project plans. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey results
- Monitor construction progress to ensure alignment with survey data
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies and provide solutions
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of survey data
- Comply with all safety regulations on construction sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, tools, and equipment
- Familiarity with CAD software for analyzing survey data
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
