Merchandiser for Retail Store in Ashdod

Our retail store in Ashdod is seeking a talented Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and executing visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. You will work closely with the buying team to ensure that our store displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and effectively promote our products.

Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase our products and entice customers to make purchases
- Monitor inventory levels and work with the buying team to ensure that products are always in stock
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional displays and campaigns
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and maintain visual standards throughout the store
- Keep track of sales data and adjust visual displays accordingly to maximize sales
- Regularly review and update product placement within the store to optimize space and increase sales potential

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent eye for detail and creativity in displaying products effectively
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit, able to stand for extended periods of time, climb ladders, lift up to 50lbs, etc.
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one is required (company will assist with process)
