Merchandiser for Indian Market in Ashdod


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Ashdod. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the Indian market, ensuring that our products are properly displayed and promoted to attract customers. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans for the Indian market
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Work closely with the sales team to identify product needs and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns for Indian market
- Ensure proper inventory levels and manage product placement in stores
- Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvement
- Build strong relationships with key retailers in the Indian market
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in merchandising or sales within the retail industry, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong understanding of Indian consumer behavior and preferences
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
- Proven track record of increasing sales through effective merchandising strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams

Salary:
$1800 per month
