We are currently seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating the crane in a safe and efficient manner to move materials, equipment, and products on construction sites or other locations.

Responsibilities:
- Operate the crane according to safety regulations and company policies
- Inspect crane before and after each shift to ensure proper functioning
- Maintain accurate records of materials or equipment moved by the crane
- Communicate with site supervisors and other team members to ensure safe movement of materials
- Perform routine maintenance on the crane as needed
- Adhere to weight limits when lifting materials or equipment
- Follow proper signaling procedures while operating the crane
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns immediately

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Crane Operator in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid certification for operating cranes
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow directions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
