Courier Delivery Associate


We are currently hiring a Courier Delivery Associate to join our team in Nizwa. This is a full-time position that does not require any previous experience. As a Courier Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for delivering packages to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize packages for delivery
- Load packages into delivery vehicle
- Plan and optimize delivery routes
- Deliver packages to customers on designated routes
- Obtain necessary signatures and payments from customers
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates or issues
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions
- Adhere to all traffic and safety laws while driving
- Report any vehicle maintenance or repair needs promptly

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must have good time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Physically fit, as this role requires loading, unloading, and carrying packages up to 50lbs
- Familiarity with Nizwa city roads is preferred but not required
