IT Support Specialist

We are hiring an experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Ufa, Russia. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support for computer systems and software to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of computer hardware and software, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Maintain computer systems, including updates and backups
- Train users on how to use new hardware or software
- Document all support activities for future reference

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively
- Experience with Windows operating systems is preferred
- Knowledge of networking concepts is a plus

Salary: 1100$ per month

This position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is required.
