Executive Chef for Indian Cuisine in Doha

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef with a passion for Indian cuisine to join our team in Doha. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Indian restaurant, from menu planning and food preparation to staff management and customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to deliver high-quality, authentic Indian dishes that exceed our customers' expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and update menus with creative and innovative dishes based on seasonal ingredients and customer feedback
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure consistent quality in food preparation and presentation
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations at all times
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of kitchen staff
- Stay updated on industry trends and introduce new techniques or ingredients to enhance our offerings

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional variations and traditional cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Proven track record of creating successful menus that balance creativity, cost-effectiveness, and customer preferences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is an asset
