Executive Chef - Pakistani Cuisine (English Speaking)

We are a well-established restaurant in Hawalli, known for our exceptional Pakistani cuisine. We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef who specializes in Pakistani cuisine and is fluent in English. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing our kitchen operations, developing new menu items, and ensuring high-quality food production.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Pakistani cuisine
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Extensive knowledge of Pakistani spices and cooking techniques
- Ability to create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining traditional flavors
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, presentation, and quality control
- Develop new menu items that reflect the authentic flavors of Pakistani cuisine
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
