Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute menus featuring a variety of international dishes
- Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets our high standards
- Manage inventory and ordering to maintain freshness of ingredients
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to uphold proper cooking techniques and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with management on menu development and cost control strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a chef, preferably in an international cuisine setting
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines from around the world
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Experience with inventory management and cost control preferred

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Hawalli, Kuwait. This position is open to all nationalities.
