Computer Systems Analyst


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Wiltz. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, processes, and procedures to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will also work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide technical support and recommendations for system enhancements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Develop solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Work closely with various teams to understand their needs and provide technical support
- Review system requirements and provide recommendations for system enhancements
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and make recommendations for implementation
- Test new software or hardware components before implementation to ensure compatibility
- Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Train employees on new systems or software as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of systems analysis techniques, tools, and principles
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Effective communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working with network systems, databases, operating systems, and software applications
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Knowledge of cloud computing technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in systems analysis or related field

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Wiltz, a beautiful city in the northern region of Luxembourg. While proficiency in English is preferred, it is not a strict requirement as the majority of the team speaks Filipino.
